Cancellation Policy

General Voucher Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable
The vouchers expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date (1 year)
Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher including the voucher's unique order number.
Each voucher can only be used once.
The Merchant is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission.
Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient.
Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of booking will void said voucher.

Group Bookings and Event Terms & Conditions

Group and event bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking.
Cancellation of large group and event bookings within 7 days will result in loss of deposit.
