Our exclusive dinner events run on select nights, typically once a week, with each menu inspired by the season or a special theme. To keep things fresh – and food waste low – we operate by bookings and pre-orders, ensuring every dish is crafted with care and precision.

Under the mentorship of acclaimed chef and MasterChef NZ judge Simon Gault, our talented team – Riaan from South Africa and Stephanie from France – create authentic, Italian-inspired meals using premium ingredients, many imported directly from Italy through Gault’s Deli.
